Through-line Cohort was founded by Chad Poe, who has spent over 15 years speaking at events and serving as a teaching pastor at two churches. Chad believes ministry impact begins with relationships—both from the stage and beyond it. His heart is to see ministry leaders deepen their relationship with Christ through the power of God’s Word, leading to real change in their communities and beyond.

Currently, Chad serves as Teaching Pastor at Grace Bible Church. He and his wife, Hope, live in Texas with their four children—Shepherd, Charlie, Alder, and Noli.

Through-line Cohort helps ministry leaders prepare more efficiently and present more effectively. In addition to our Communication Cohort for preaching and teaching, we offer cohorts for writing, worship, girls’ ministry, youth ministry, and kids’ ministry. Whatever your ministry focus, you’ll find a community of leaders committed to communicating biblical truth with clarity and leading with purpose.

Our standard Cohort investment is $1,000. We also offer: Consultation ($500) – a one-on-one strategy session with your cohort leader. If you choose to join a cohort afterward, you’ll receive a discounted rate of $800; Coaching ($1,500) – ongoing, individualized guidance that builds on the cohort model with additional one-on-one check-ins and strategy support. We understand every leader’s financial situation is unique, so we’ll work with you to explore funding options. While cost is important, we believe the value—lasting ministry impact—far outweighs the investment.

Cohorts run for 7–8 weeks (depending on guest availability and content) with weekly Zoom sessions lasting about an hour. You’ll also have strategic one-on-one calls (15–30 minutes each) for personalized support. The structure is designed to fit into your ministry rhythm—not add to your workload—making it a manageable and meaningful investment in your growth.

Fall cohorts meet at various times on Thursdays. Each interactive session lasts about 60 minutes and is paired with your scheduled one-on-one calls, giving you a well-rounded and highly personalized experience.

Fall 2025 cohorts begin in early September. Registration deadlines vary, but spots are limited. If you’re interested, we recommend securing your place as soon as possible. For updated availability, just reach out—we’d love to talk with you.
